nbijje Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the nbijje platform. They define your rights and responsibilities.

Important Notice: These terms and conditions apply to all services and activities on the nbijje platform. By continuing to use the site, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

General Terms

nbijje operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between nbijje and the user ("you" or "member"). By accessing the platform or using any of its services, you agree to these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

  • "Platform" — The nbijje website, mobile site, and all associated digital services.
  • "Services" — Casino games, sports betting, live casino, and other gaming activities.
  • "Account" — A personal gaming account registered in the member's name.
  • "Funds" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) deposited into the account.
  • "Bonus" — Any promotional money or benefit granted by nbijje.

1.2 Applicability

These Terms apply to all services available on the nbijje platform. If separate terms exist for a specific service or promotion, both those special terms and these general Terms will apply. In the event of a conflict, the special terms take precedence.

Note: These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any question of interpretation, the Bengali text shall be considered final.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the services on the nbijje platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements.

2.1 Age Requirement

nbijje services are available only to adults aged 21 or above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. nbijje may request identity documents at any time to verify age. Providing a false age may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe and transparent environment, nbijje follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. The following documents may be requested at the time of registration or before certain transactions:

  • Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
  • Proof of address with a recent photo
  • Proof of ownership of payment method (bKash/Nagad account number verification)

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the closure of all associated accounts and bonuses may be forfeited.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur on your account. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. nbijje recommends the following to protect your account:

  • Use a strong password that is not used on any other site
  • Contact support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity
  • Avoid logging in from public or shared devices

3.2 Updating Information

All information provided in the account must be accurate and up to date. If you need to change any personal information, notify our support team via live chat. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked inactive if there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months. Any unspent real funds in an inactive account will be kept safe, and the member may reactivate the account at any time.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

nbijje supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.2 Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method)
  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly
  • You must use a payment method registered in your own name to make a deposit
  • Using a payment method registered in a third party's name is prohibited

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
  • Withdrawals generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete
  • Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the deposit
  • KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal
  • If there is an active bonus on the account, withdrawals may be restricted until the bonus wagering requirement is met
Important: In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions, nbijje reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until additional verification is completed.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

nbijje strictly follows Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Attempting to withdraw a deposit directly without playing, or after playing only a minimal amount, will be considered suspicious and the account may be investigated.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
  • Deposit ৳42,000 → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times (20x) the bonus amount. Slots, casino games, and sports bets count toward wagering. Contact the support team for more details on wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be forfeited
  • Bonuses must be used for genuine gameplay only
  • Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit system loopholes will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings
  • Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited
  • nbijje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion

5.4 VIP Program

nbijje offers three VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.7%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.0%). Moving up to a higher tier depends on regular and active participation. Cashback is automatically credited to the account each week.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

nbijje ensures fair and transparent outcomes across all games. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game results, which is impartial and verifiable. All game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi — use internationally standard technology.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed within the game. nbijje reserves the right to change individual betting limits under specific circumstances.

6.3 Technical Issues

If your internet connection drops or a technical error occurs during play, an attempt will be made to restore the game to its previous state. If you experience a loss due to a technical error, notify the support team. nbijje reserves the right to void any incorrect bonus or winning amount displayed as a result of a technical error.

6.4 Game Availability

Certain games may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or updates. nbijje reserves the right to change the game library without prior notice.

Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbijje platform and may result in immediate account termination:

7.1 Fraud and Deception

  • Creating an account using false identity or information
  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
  • Attempting to misappropriate funds through chargebacks or payment fraud
  • Any attempt to artificially influence game outcomes

7.2 Technical Abuse

  • Playing using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
  • Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems
  • Attempting to exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities in games
  • Using a VPN or proxy to conceal location

7.3 Collusion

Multiple individuals coordinating to claim bonuses or playing games with the intent of giving each other unfair advantages is prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be terminated.

Privacy and Data Protection

nbijje places the highest importance on the protection of your personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep your data secure.

8.1 Data Collection and Use

10.1 Service Guarantee

10.2 Limitation of Damages

nbijje is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:

  • Losses caused by internet connection failures
  • Losses caused by faults in the user's device or software
  • Delays or errors caused by third-party service providers
  • Losses resulting from unauthorized access to an account (where caused by user negligence)

10.3 Force Majeure

nbijje is not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government regulations, cyberattacks, or any other circumstances beyond its control.

Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Closure at User Request

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat. Any pending bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure, but real funds (not mixed with active bonuses) will be returned.

11.2 Closure by nbijje

nbijje may close or suspend an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
  • Detection of fraudulent or dishonest conduct
  • Failure to complete KYC verification
  • At the direction of law enforcement authorities
  • If the user is found to be a minor

Upon account termination, valid and verified funds are generally returned; however, if evidence of fraud is found, all funds may be forfeited.

Changes to Terms

12.1 Right to Modify

nbijje reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the website.

12.2 Acceptance of Changes

Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms and Conditions have been made will be considered as your acceptance of the updated terms. You are encouraged to visit this page regularly to stay up to date with the latest terms.
